Ah yes, that time of the year again! Saint Paddy's Day! Four leaf clovers and bitter green brew, people naked and crazy in the streets! I pass by almost completely unnoticed, always dressed for the occasion.

Lucky you citizens of Gotham, I am away on business but my minions have done well. I've heard rumours, nasty rumours that Harvey Dent has been campaigning around the country. Pish and posh! I sent them out on a mission to kill, hang, and paint smiles on the faces of these vile pilgrims. Instead they collected propaganda.
