Make A Wish

Greetings, Creeps and Clowns.

I know it has only been mere days since I've last updated, but today's an exceptional day, and my old cold heart is fair candlelit with glee as this night I am to have a very special guest over to my humble abode. It's a celebration of sorts, a dear friend is turning another year stranger, another year wiser.

Ah, no, it is not Batty, I regret to report, though it is someone who is almost as keen of interest to us all, and who in point of fact has been very instrumental in my plans to thwart the Win
ged One's endeavors in our fair City.

Oh we shall enjoy the usual games tonight, those of the knife and the blade, wine of a particular vintage, and a confection prepared with a very special sort of ingredient, or two. For I know how to wine and dine a guest, I do.

Who is this Honourable Guest, you might ask? Well, I shall leave it to your imagination to discern the answer to this interesting question; for after all, it is only an imprudent clown who kisses and tells.

And alas, we wish some things were only jokes after all.

-J

Yes . We do . So much .
It seems we all have old cold hearts today.
Thanks anyway for posting , and Ruth...oh you know I can't find words with enough sense to tell you how much your drawings always pierce my heart .
Thanks to you both
Mireille.

We do wish some things were jokes. I sure wish someone would say "April fool!" but alas it is not going to happen.

Ruth thank you for this lovely gift to us all. It is a beautiful portrait (I loved his stripes and those red fingerless gloves, it was so HEATH)

Happy birthday Heath!

And thank you Mr. J for not forgetting his birthday either

So, Mr. J, there is a very tiny-little soft spot in your heart after all ! My guess is all those who enjoy a good joke have.... ;)
Please say "HI!" and a heartfelt "Happy B-day!" from me to your special guest - he is so deeply missed !

Hope you two have a hell of a time, Mr. J. Let your honored guest know that he is still loved and greatly missed by many.

And thank you so much for this, Ms. Ruth. I just happened to check this by chance today, and it brought a smile to my face. :)
